How is my data processed?
The ‘account data’ (above) you provide us with is used to generate a deep internet search for your online presences and information that may be about you. The ‘search data’ gathered during this process is then analysed using proprietary and 3rd party analysis tools. Data is only stored on 3rd party tools for the duration of the analysis. This analysis is then used to build a report which is provided to you. As part of the search and analysis process, your data may be reviewed by a human member of our team for user safety and service quality. The ‘search data’ gathered and corresponding report generated is held on our secure AWS / Google Cloud servers for 90 days or until you request to be deleted from our servers.
